The short version: StockyLift runs entirely in your browser. Your Stocky API key and your supplier data never leave your machine and never reach any server of ours. We run no analytics and have no account system.
StockyLift stores a small amount of data locally on your own device, in Chrome's
chrome.storage.local. Nothing here is sent to us:
That is the only thing it stores. Your store name and Stocky API key are used for the export you trigger and are never saved anywhere — not on your device, not with us. You re-enter them each time.
You can clear all of it at any time by removing the extension.
When you run an export, the extension fetches your suppliers directly from Stocky's own API. The request goes from your browser to Stocky, authenticated with your own API key. The data is written to files on your computer (CSV or JSON) that you download. StockyLift has no servers that receive, see, or store your supplier data.
None. StockyLift includes no analytics, no trackers, no advertising SDKs, and no telemetry. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell anything about you. There is nothing to sell, because we never receive your data.
One honest footnote: we tag our own outbound links (for example, a different buy link in a forum post than in a blog post) so we know which posts sent buyers. That tells us about our links, not about you — we do not track you, set cookies, or collect analytics on this site or in the extension.
If you purchase StockyLift, payment is handled by Gumroad. Gumroad tells us a sale happened and gives us the email address you used at checkout, which we use for exactly one thing: sending you your unlock code. We never see your card details, and the purchase is completely separate from the extension — nothing about your store, your API key, or your supplier data is ever connected to it. Gumroad's own handling of your payment details is covered by Gumroad's privacy policy.
The extension requests only the permissions it needs to fetch from Stocky's API and to save files you download. It does not read your browsing history or the content of other websites.
