The Stocky migration checklist

placeholder. BREVO_FORM_ACTION: wired to the live Brevo "StockyLift checklist" double opt-in form (Contacts > Forms), attached to the "StockyLift" list. The action URL below is the hosted sibforms.com form endpoint from the form's Share > Simple HTML embed. NOTE: the double opt-in confirmation email sends from the account's verified sender "StockyLift" (a freemail Gmail address configured in Brevo, routed through our email provider). stockylift@pm.me cannot be a Brevo sender — it is Proton's domain and we have no DNS access to authenticate it. The confirmation email's reply-to is set to stockylift@pm.me, and stockylift@pm.me remains the public support/contact address. So the on-page microcopy must say "sent by StockyLift via our email provider; replies go to stockylift@pm.me" — never "sent from stockylift@pm.me". (This comment ships into the public page source, so it deliberately omits the raw sender address.) -->No signup required — you can also download the plain-text checklist directly.
The 10-step Stocky migration checklist
Shopify delisted Stocky from the App Store on Feb 2, 2026. The app and its API stop working entirely on August 31, 2026. Work through these steps before that date.
- Export all purchase orders from Stocky (Purchase Orders -> export to CSV). Back the file up in a second location.
- Export all stocktakes from Stocky (Stocktakes -> export).
- Export your product and inventory data from Shopify admin (Products -> Export, Inventory -> Export).
- Export your supplier list. Stocky has no export button for suppliers — this is the step most merchants miss. Export stocky suppliers with StockyLift, or pull them yourself via Stocky's supplier API.
- Choose your replacement inventory app. Trial at least two and confirm which one supports supplier import.
- Map your exported supplier fields to the destination app's import template.
- Run a test import of 3-5 suppliers first. Verify names, emails, and addresses land correctly.
- Run the full supplier import and reconcile the count against your export.
- Recreate any open purchase orders in your new app — Shopify does not import historical POs natively.
- Store your exported CSV and JSON files permanently in at least two locations.
Bottom line: treat August 31, 2026 as the hard deadline. Shopify has said read-only export access continues for roughly 90 days after that date, but do not rely on it as your primary plan.
